This riddle-solving games combines group activity with an interactive experience aimed at teaching facts about the land of Israel from a variety of perspectives.
 
Goal of the Kit:
  • To familiarize participants with historical episodes in the story of Israel.
  • To introduce them to key figures in this story.
  • To emphasize the link between global Judaism and the State of Israel.
  • To provide participants with knowledge about the contribution of Israel to global culture, science and society.
  • And even to teach them some words in Hebrew.
  • All in a fun way that makes them want to learn more.

List of the activities in the kit:

Stage 1 – Setting up the Stage

Give each participant a life-size mask representing one of the Zionist figures, along with the card bearing that character’s description. When it’s their turn, each participant puts on the mask, reads the description aloud to the group, and presents the riddle written on the back of the card

Stage 2 – Video Introduction

To begin the game, scan the QR code at the bottom of this page and on the folder itself. The QR code will take you to an introductory video that presents The Mystery of the Menorah, the challenge that participants must solve. The video introduces the same riddles found on the cards in this folder.

Stage 3 – Solving the Riddles

Each riddle includes clues designed to help participants. The solution to each riddle is a number. Enter that number on the interactive website that accompanies the game. Entering the correct number will unlock the next set of clues.
