Location: Mitzpe Ramon Promenade.
Description: A spectacular observation point overlooking the crater, in the heart of the promenade that follows the brink of the Ramon Crater (Makhtesh Ramon). KKL-JNF has built a hanging deck above the depths of the Crater, which affords a spectacular view of the depths of the Crater. You can continue along the promenade to Mount Gamal for 800 m. You can cross Route 40 on a pedestrian bridge, pass Beresheet Hotel and visit the Desert Sounds promenade, where sculptures of musical instruments are displayed.
To the east of the Terrace Scenic Lookout, KKL-JNF has built the Albert Katz promenade, overlooking the spectacular view of the Crater. Sculptures have also been erected on this promenade.
