Location: Goren Park, Western Galilee
Description: A spectacular observation point looking out at the Montfort Crusader castle, adjacent to a steep slope in Nahal Kziv. The observation deck also overlooks the Nahal’s valley, covered entirely in developed Mediterranean woodland. A path descends from the scenic lookout to Nahal Kziv and Ein Tamir, which flows all year round. There are many KKL-JNF camping sites adjacent to the scenic lookout. The scenic lookout is disabled-accessible.
Directions: About 1 km east of the entrance to Kibbutz Eilon, Route 889. Camping overnight in the camping site is forbidden.
