Below is the list of KKL-JNF forests, parks and sites that have reopened to hikers and visitors as of April 15, 2026. This list is updated daily. The public is requested not to visit sites that do not appear on this page.

Central Region:

All public recreation sites in the mountain region are open to the public (except for the Adullam single tracks, Ein Rafa, and Amba):

Lowland and Coastal Forests:

Per the instructions of the Israel Police and Fire and Rescue Services, the lowland and coastal forests will remain closed on Independence Day, except for Britannia Park and Haruvit Forest, which will be open today (19.4.26).
