The event marked another step in the city’s return to routine, alongside the ongoing efforts toward rehabilitation, urban renewal, and restoring life to Kiryat Shmona in full force. During the evening, Kiryat Shmona Mayor Avichai Stern presented Chairman Eyal Ostrinsky with a certificate of appreciation, expressing gratitude for his deep commitment, ongoing support, and the significant assistance provided by Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) to the city and its residents throughout the war and the recovery period.
The certificate was presented in recognition of his extensive efforts, genuine partnership, and significant contribution to strengthening Kiryat Shmona and supporting its residents during some of the city’s most challenging times.
