JULY / AUGUST: The Merom HaGalil Regional Council, on the Hebrew date of Tu B'Av (15th Av) every year
Every year, the Merom HaGalil Regional council, in cooperation with KKL-JNF and other organizations, holds the Among the Vineyards Festival (known in Hebrew as Festival Bein HaKramim) every year on the Hebrew 'Valentine's Day', the 15th of Av, otherwise known as 'Tu B'Av'. The festival goes on for one week in various towns and villages in the Upper Galilee region. There are musical performances and shows galore, as well as tours and tastings in Galilee vineyards, wineries and farms.
As part of the festival, KKL-JNF holds events and moonlit tours in the Biriya Forest and other KKL-JNF sites such as Ein Hozim.
