In a moving act of remembrance and unity, newly elected members of the U.S. Congress – both Republicans and Democrats – gathered at the Nova site near Israel’s border with Gaza to plant trees in memory of the victims of the October 7 terror attack. The event, organized by Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael – Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF), sent a strong message of bipartisan support for Israel and its southern communities.

In a powerful show of solidarity and commitment, 180 educators, school principals, and community leaders from 22 countries around the world have arrived in Israel this week to take part in Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund’s (KKL-JNF) annual educational seminar. Their arrival — despite the ongoing security challenges — underscores their dedication to Jewish-Zionist education and their unwavering support for the people of Israel.

This summer in the Upper Galilee brought an unexpected surprise: flocks of pink flamingos have chosen to remain at Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund’s (KKL-JNF) Hula Lake, even through the hottest days of summer. For the first time, the flamingos have skipped their usual migration north.

The first grove in Israel dedicated to Prisoners of Zion was inaugurated in a moving ceremony held this morning (Tuesday) in Nof HaGalil, at the KKL-JNF Churchill Forest.
