In Ben Shemen Forest KKL-JNF is building an amphitheater that meets Coronavirus social-distancing regulations. It will be ready in time for KKL-JNF’s 120th birthday bash, which will include subsidized outdoor concerts with popular Israeli performers.
In response to the Corona pandemic and the ensuing crisis for culture and art, KKL-JNF is building a unique amphitheater that conforms to Coronavirus restrictions.
The unique amphitheater is being built in central Israel’s Ben Shemen Forest. It is designed to host hundreds of guests, with seating divided into sections of ten. The sections will seat 10 people who registered together, thus following Coronavirus restrictions to the letter.
The amphitheater will be ready in time for KKL-JNF’s 120th year celebrations, which will reach out to the public like never before, with a series of subsidized concerts planned for the future. Food, which is an integral part of any concert, will also be covered, with strategically planned spaces throughout the outdoor complex for future concert goers to buy food safely and efficiently.
