Ofakim Park, which covers about 500 dunams, was planted on the eastern side of the town of Ofakim. KKL-JNF built several recreation areas in the park with wheelchair-accessible tables. The park has a spacious lawn, drinking water and restrooms. Two short, signposted scenic trails lead to the main sites in the forest, chief among them – Patish Fortress.
