In brief

Ever since it was established, the State of Israel has undergone numerous transformations - social, cultural, geographic, economic and political. These transformations have affected the urban and socio-cultural landscape as well as its physical landscape. Over its 70 years in existence, Israel has experienced a string of accomplishments, development and construction, virtually unparalleled worldwide. These transformations manifest themselves throughout Israel's geographic map.

This kit is intended - on the one hand - to form an emotional bond with the Land of Israel, its landscapes and its story, to connect to the historic roots, while on the other hand to get in touch with contemporary Israeli reality. Moreover, the kit provides a basic introduction to the activities in Israel of the KKL-JNF.

The kit offers 13 activities, some intended to familiarize one with the various regions in Israel, and to enhance knowledge of these regions. Other activities are interactive, aiming to connect the participant with the prevailing vibe on the street in Israel and to life in Israel itself. The entire activity plays out on a large, 9-meter-long color map.

Goal of the Kit:

Combines knowledge with experience
