Preventing littering and fire lighting in forests, bringing nature closer to the public and preserving it

Forest Guardian (Cyclist)*

Forest maintenance and preservation, reporting hazards

Flexible days and hours

Forest Guardian (On Horseback) * (Rangers)

Ben Shemen Forest

Patrolling the forest, reporting hazards, assisting and guiding visitors

All days of the week during daylight hours

Forest Guardian (On Foot)

Ayalon Canada Park

Explaining about the forest and preventing fires, forest tours, public guidance, assisting with forestry work

Weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events

 

             * The volunteer rides on their own horse or bicycle.
