Bicycling and Cleaning

A group of volunteers from the Ramat Beit Shemesh Mountain Bikers spent time at the Zecharia single track in Yishi Forest volunteering for cleaning and maintenance of the single.

The response was beyond expectations, and the members of the group worked together with KKL-JNF foresters and employees with a lot of motivation, joy and love of the environment. Even after working intensely for about seven hours, the members of the group talked about scheduling another time to come work in the field.

Lower Coastal Plain workers and foresters are in charge of a number of groups of volunteers, including bicyclers who lovingly care for the KKL-JNF tracks they bicycle on.
