Britannia Park

Britannia Park is located in the heart of the Judean lowlands. This is a region full of spectacular landscapes of hills adorned with planted forests, natural groves and fascinating historical sites. The park, which cover about 40,000 dunams, attracts many hikers and vacationers who wish to enjoy themselves in the heart of nature. A scenic road about 15 km long that is suitable for private vehicles crosses the park from the northern entrance gate near Moshav Zekharia to the parking lot overlooking Tel Goded, near Khirbet Tsura (Tsura Ruins). From here, a 4X4 can continue westward on the park road for another 6 km and reach the Beit Guvrin gas station. Private vehicles can exit the park on the dirt road that turns south from Khirbet Tsura to Route 38.
Directions: Northern entrance - entry from Route 383, near the Km 17 marker, about 1.4 km west of the Tel Azeka Junction.

Masua Scenic Lookout (Mitzpe Masua) entrance - a paved road branches westward from the Beit Shemesh–Beit Guvrin road (Route 38, near the Km 7 marker), about half a km south of the Li-On Junction (Srigim).

Srigim Recreation Area – one of the main recreation areas in the forest. HaElot Trail begins at the site. Access is from Route 353, about 300 m north of the entrance to the village of Srigim. Due to the solid white dividing line on the road, entry is only possible for those coming from the north.

Masua Scenic Lookout (Mitzpe Masua) Recreation Area – one of the largest recreation areas in the forest, equipped with drinking water and restrooms. It has a spectacular view of the lowlands and access to a hiking trail that goes around Masua.
