In order to mark the 11th year since the 9/11 terror attacks, KKL-JNF, together with the US Embassy in Israel, will hold a special ceremony in memory of the thousands of victims who lost their lives in this terrible tragedy.
The 9/11 memorial ceremony will be held on Tuesday, September 11, at 11:00 am Israel time, at the 9/11 Living Memorial site in the Arazim Valley. The ceremony will be held in the presence of the US Ambassador to Israel, KKL-JNF World Chairman Efi Stenzler and other honored guests. The ceremony will be by invitation only.
The 9/11 Living Memorial was established by KKL-JNF, in partnership with JNF USA
, with the help of the generous contributions by the Bronka Stavsky Rabin Weintraub Foundation and the Edward Blank family from New York. It is known to be the largest memorial site commemorating the 9/11 terror victims outside of the USA.
